Violation of human rights and unprecedented illegalities goes uncheck

CJP urged to take suo motu of excesses perpetuated on ex-provincial sectary and senior Member Board of Revenue, KPK Reayat khan by Additional Registrars Peshawar high court

A veteran retired government official have asked the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) here on Sunday to take note of the injustices being done to him and his family after seven years of his retirement, harassing in fake cases to deprive him of his property by politically motivated official.

Former Provincial Sectary and Senior Member Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Reayat khan said that Additional Registrar Peshawar high court, Dera Ismail khan Bench, Rauf Khattak has managed to emerge as most powerful and rich person in the area.

He said that he has served the nation at a highly responsible level and has delivered honestly and efficiently and after about seven years of his retirement he and his sons are continuously being involved in fake and baseless cases and built up cases like aerial firing etc.

He clarified that the player in the fake and baseless cases are Mr. Rauf Khattak and sahibzada Ahmed Additional Registrars Peshawar high court.

It stands proved that Additional Registrars Peshawar High Court Sahibzada Khurshid is harassing witnesses, concealing facts, filing inquiries on baseless grounds to the extent that has shown living witnesses as dead in his inquiry report to provide protection to Mr. Rauf Khattak.

He said during press conference in National Press Islamabad, “Former Senior Member Board of Revenue Ahsanullah Mehsud, SP Investigation Karak Anwar Saeed Kundi, DPO Karak Sajid Mohammad, SDO Fata Construction Sub Division, Peshawar Sher Afzal are directly involved in the malpractices, illegal acts with corruption as a regular and continuing process.”

“False allegations have also made on my son stopping him from giving CSS exam.” He added

Reayat khan made a stirring appeal to the CJP to take note of the violation of the law for personal evil designs by the senior judiciary officers like Mr. Khurshid Ahmed who conceal the concrete and documentary facts to the extent that responsible government servant living and functional has been shown as dead, the healthy as sick and ailing, the resourceful as financially weak-unable to afford the travelling expanses from DIK to PHC for appearance as witness.
